	5,000 Level: Two tables exhibit space preferential location in exhibit hall, 2 paid scholarship registrations for clinicians
	7,500 Level: Two tables preferential location, 2 paid scholarship registrations, and 2 tickets to faculty dinner Saturday night at the Washington Capitals Game in a private suite with sole sponsorship provided by your company for the event.
