Exhibitor set-up will be Thursday evening (March 29th) in the University North Exhibit Hall on the 24th floor overlooking the Potomac River. Set-up time will be from 4-7pm.

The Waterview Conference Center is a 10 minute walk to Georgetown over the Key Bridge and a 5 minute walk to the orange line on the Metro with access to the entire city. The Waterview is a brand new, state of the art facility that offers 360 degrees of unobstructed views of Washington, DC and downtown Rosslyn. The Hotel Palomar is a new chic hotel in Rosslyn that also offers guests amazing views of the city and exclusive amenities including wireless internet in every room and a private wine and cigar room in the basement.

Exhibitor Contribution Levels:

2,500 Level: One table exhibit space
5,000 Level: Two table exhibit space, preferential location in exhibit hall, 2 paid scholarship registrations for clinicians.
7,500 Level: Two table exhibit space, preferential location, 2 paid scholarship registrations, and 2 tickets to faculty dinner Saturday night at the Washington Capitals Game in a private suite with sole sponsorship provided by your company for the event.
