CME Credit Information

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Medical Society of Virginia (MSV) through the joint sponsorship of Inova Health System Office of Continuing Medical Education, National Knee Research & Education Foundation and D.C. Sports Medicine Institute. The Inova Health System Office of Continuing Medical Education is accredited by the Medical Society of Virginia to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Inova Health System Office of Continuing Medical Education designates this educational activity for a maximum of 18 category 1 credits towards the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Physicians may claim up to 18 in type 1 CME credits on the Virginia Board of Medicine Continued Competency and Assessment form required for renewal of an active medical license in Virginia.
